The information in this form will be used by the Council Tax Department and will also be passed to our Electoral Registration Department and the Benefits Team if relevant.

If the deceased person held a Gold Card (Bus Pass) or was on the Assisted Bin Collection list, the form will also be passed to the Bus Pass and Refuse teams.
